EFFECTIVE DATE:
March 1, 2022 - August 1, 2022 (both days inclusive)
CLOSED SEASON REGULATIONS:
No person shall:
fish for,
remove from the fishery waters,
give,
or at any time have in his or her possession,
expose for sale; sell or purchase any lobster or lobster parts when the lobster fishery is closed.
(According to the Fisheries Act Cap 7.15 of the Revised Laws of Saint Lucia]
REPORT ANY PERSON FOUND DURING THE CLOSED SEASON:
harvesting,
selling,
purchasing,
consuming,
or in possession of lobsters.

or your District Police Station.
Failure to comply with the lobster conservation measures is subject to a fine of EC $5000.00.
